Most clients do 2–4 sessions per week depending on goals, recovery, and schedule. We’ll recommend a frequency that fits your life.
We provide nutrition coaching and guidance (habits, macros, meal structure). For medical nutrition therapy, we’ll refer you to a registered dietitian.
